Agents/Brokers: How to get your MLS listings syndicated from List Hub to Luxe List Home

All MLS listings displayed on Luxelisthome.com are syndicated to Luxe List Home by ListHub.

To register for ListHub you must be MLS-recognized as the designated broker of record for your company. ListHub is only authorized to syndicate listings based on broker selection, so each data source (MLS/franchise/brokerage) must register with ListHub and choose Luxe List Home as a Publishing Partner for us to receive your listings.

(Note: If you belong to one of the Realogy brands, such as Century 21, Sotheby's International Real Estate, Coldwell Banker, ERA Real Estate, or Better Homes and Gardens Real estate, you do not need to register for ListHub, as you already have access to your own account. Please contact your company's internal help desk to receive instructions on accessing your ListHub account).

Brokers - to register for ListHub, go to www.listhub.com and click the "Create an Account" button. From here, fill out the online registration form and making sure to select the MLS that you belong to. If you have multiple offices please be sure to enter all MLS office codes for your company to ensure that Listhub pulls and sends us your complete listing inventory.

After you have registered, select Luxe List Home (See link below) as one of your Regional Publishers/Marketing Partners by going to "Marketing Choices > My Publishers." Once you do, we will be able to receive your company's listings.
